Date: 15 September 2026

Note: This is a draft. These General Terms and Conditions should be reviewed by a legal expert specialising in Swiss law before publication.

Provider: Sophie Goupil, Sophie Massage. Phone and WhatsApp: +41 77 804 44 52.

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all treatments provided by Sophie Goupil at the Zurich-Schwamendingen practice (Gemeinschaftsräume Glattwiesen, Glattwiesenstrasse 213, 8051 Zurich). By booking an appointment, you accept these GTC.

2. Services and Prices

We offer wellness massages. These are not a substitute for medical treatment.

Prices are in CHF as stated on the website. Payment is due at the first consultation prior to the session (cash, TWINT, bank transfer); from the second session onwards, payment is due afterwards.

3. Price adjustments

Sophie Goupil reserves the right to adjust prices. The price communicated at the time of booking shall be the governing price.

4. Treatment Duration

The booked time covers the entire appointment (welcome, preliminary discussion, medical history or clarification of the issue, the actual treatment or consultation, a short rest period and the conclusion) and not solely the time spent on the massage table.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. A brief message via WhatsApp to Sophie Goupil on +41 77 804 44 52 is sufficient. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the full cost of the reserved treatment or consultation will be charged. Exceptions apply in the event of illness with a doctor's certificate, an accident or a death.

6. Late Arrivals

In the event of a late arrival, the full amount for the originally booked time will be charged. Appointments will always end at the agreed time to ensure that subsequent appointments can begin on time.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Sophie Goupil treats all personal and health-related information as confidential. The processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy and the applicable legal provisions.

8. Health information and cooperation

A medical history will be taken prior to the first treatment. Clients must provide full details of any known diagnoses, current symptoms, previous injuries and operations, existing medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, medication (including over-the-counter or non-prescription medication), dietary supplements and herbal remedies, as well as any known health risks. Any changes in health status, new diagnoses or newly prescribed medication must be reported before any further treatment takes place.

9. Refusal, interruption or termination

Treatment may be refused, interrupted or terminated if there are health risks, important information is missing, the treatment does not appear to be safe or professionally justifiable, a medical assessment is required, the matter falls outside the scope of professional expertise, the necessary relationship of trust is not in place, or agreed terms and conditions are not being adhered to. Clients may interrupt or terminate ongoing treatment at any time.

10. Liability

No liability is accepted for consequences arising from the sessions. The client bears full responsibility for their own health.

11. Governing Law

Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
