The information you provide will be processed for the purpose of arranging and managing your appointment.
The mandatory fields are required in order to arrange an appointment with you. Providing additional information on a voluntary basis helps me to process your enquiry more efficiently and enables me to provide you with more detailed information.
We will only pass on personal data where necessary, in particular to: Accounting services.
You may object to this data processing at any time. Please send your objection to the email address specified in section 1.
4. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies as well as analytics and security features.
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time.
5. Retention of data
In principle, your personal data will be retained for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose.
Where statutory retention obligations apply, the relevant personal data will be stored for the duration of the retention obligation. Once the retention obligation has expired, we will assess whether there is still a need to process the data. If there is no longer a need for processing, your data will either be deleted or anonymised.
If your data is stored on the basis of a contractual relationship with you, it will remain stored for at least as long as the contractual relationship exists and, at the very latest, for as long as limitation periods for potential claims apply or statutory or contractual retention obligations remain in force.
Personal data is retained for as long as required by statutory and contractual retention periods. Once the retention period has expired, the personal data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Data subjects' rights
You are generally entitled to the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent in relation to your personal data.
Please note, however, that I reserve the right to invoke the restrictions provided for by law, for example where I am obliged to retain or process certain data, have an overriding interest in doing so (insofar as I am permitted to invoke this) or require such data to assert claims.
Please note that exercising these rights may conflict with contractual arrangements and may have consequences such as, for example, early termination of the contract or financial implications. I will inform you in advance in such cases, where this is not already provided for in the contract.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data breaches data protection law, or that your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed, you may also lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. In Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Exercising your data protection rights generally requires you to provide clear proof of your identity (e.g. by providing a copy of your ID if your identity is otherwise unclear or cannot be verified). To exercise your rights, please contact me by email at the email address specified in section 1.
